This session is a practical and empowering space to (re)learn what many of us weren’t taught in school — or may not remember — about the menstrual cycle and reproductive system. Together, we’ll explore the basics and build a clearer connection to our bodies and rhythms.

If you missed this session in the first season (2024), this is your chance to join. And if you attended before, it’s a great opportunity to refresh your knowledge — plus, we’ll be adding a few new insights about how hormones change throughout life.

This is a series consisting of 4 workshops. You must register separately for each workshop, but you do not have to attend all 4. Below you can see the upcoming workshops.

These sessions are for people who menstruate, a space where menstrual cycle awareness thrives and where each individual feels seen, heard, and supported in their journey, regardless of gender identity.
 
About The Wave: Wave is an offline and online platform that was born in May 2019, in Eindhoven city. With an international group feminists, we created the first independent feminist movement in our region. We construct a change in our society, creating a safe space for debates, street and online activism, workshops and cultural activities.
