Elif Durgel is a psychologist specialized in cross-cultural psychology, intercultural skills, diversity and inclusion, and parenting across cultures. She works at Tilburg University supporting teachers of diverse classrooms. Additionally, she runs Roots and Wings Academy Eindhoven, a coaching service dedicated to helping parents and individuals flourish in their new cultural environments.
