This session is a bit different! We're going to discuss how the menstrual cycle can affect creativity. We'll do creative activities, meditation and journaling. Let's get creative together!

During some of the events of Eindhoven Library, pictures are taken for the potential publication on social media, online- or printed media. At lectures, mainly the speaker and the location as a whole, are photographed. Please inform the photographer, if you do not wish to be photographed.
This is a series consisting of 4 workshops. You must register separately for each workshop, but you do not have to attend all 4. Below you can see the upcoming workshops.
Each session is intended to be a collaborative space for sharing knowledge, experiences, perceptions, and challenges. We come together as equals, with curiosity, openness, and a willingness to learn from one another, each bringing our unique insights and experiences to the table.
Since we are not medical experts or certified professionals in this field, but passionate advocates for menstrual cycle awareness and empowerment, our aim is not to provide definitive answers or expert guidance, but rather to foster open dialogue, mutual support, and collective learning.
This sessions are for people who menstruate, a space where menstrual cycle awareness thrives and where each individual feels seen, heard, and supported in their journey, regardless of gender identity.
