Duurzame bean-to-bar-chocolade proeverij
Wat is er leuker dan samen chocolade proeven? Onder de deskundige leiding van De Chocolademeisjes ga je tijdens deze workshop verschillende bean-to-bar chocolades proeven. Ze begeleiden jou in het “echt” proeven van chocolade, vertellen hoe cacao groeit, hoe chocolade wordt gemaakt en nog veel meer.

Duurzame Chocolade
De Chocolademeisjes werken alleen met de meest duurzame chocolades, oftewel bean-to-bar chocolade. Daarmee wordt bedoeld dat de chocolademaker het hele proces, van het selecteren van de cacaobonen tot het verpakken van de chocolade, in eigen handen heeft. En dat proef je. Er zijn echter nog maar weinig mensen bekend met bean-to-bar chocolade, daarom geven de Chocolademeisjes verschillende chocolade-proeverijen.

Deze workshop is inclusief het proeven van chocolade. Na afloop is er de mogelijkheid om deze bijzondere chocolades te kopen, zodat je zelf thuis kan nagenieten.

De workshop kan zowel in het Engels als het Nederlands gegeven worden. Geef bij aanmelding even aan wat jouw voorkeurstaal is, dan kunnen de Chocolademeisjes daar rekening mee houden.

Sustainable bean-to-bar chocolate tasting
What could be more fun than tasting chocolate together? During this workshop you will taste various bean-to-bar chocolates under the expert guidance of de Chocolademeisjes. They guide you through the “real” tasting of chocolate, tell you how cocoa grows, how chocolate is made and much more.

Sustainable Chocolate
De Chocolademeisjes only work with the most sustainable chocolates, or bean-to-bar chocolate. This means that the chocolate maker has the entire process in his own hands, from selecting the cocoa beans to packaging the chocolate. And you can taste that. However, few people are familiar with bean-to-bar chocolate, which is why de Chocolademeisjes give various chocolate tastings.

This workshop includes chocolate tasting. Afterwards, you can buy these special chocolates, so that you can enjoy them at home.

The workshop can be given in both English and Dutch. Please indicate your preferred language when registering.
