During this workshop, Hani guides the audience to go through a journey together, where they meet their inner cartoonist. At the end of this journey, all the inner cartoonists, empowered with tools and techniques, will be ready to cartoonize their stories and ideas!

This workshop addresses the following three aspects:

• Educating
  • A minimal yet complete set of tools and techniques are provided to make instant cartoons.
• Entertaining
  • Interactive sessions, full involvement of the audience, and the game-based approach guarantee lots of fun during the course.
• Empowering
  • Immediately after the course, the audience will be able to make cartoons! Since the inner cartoonist are woken up.

Hani Javan Hemmat
This workshop is presented by Hani Javan Hemmat, as part of the Gilmard cartoonist workshop series. Hani did his Ph.D. at TU Eindhoven and currently working as Software Architect at Kinaxis. He is also the owner of Gilmard.com and illustrator of the bestselling book ‘Speak, Inspire, Empower’.
