Women in Leadership: WISDOM Circles© are especially designed to empower women who are looking to develop themselves as future leaders and are interested in taking their career to the next level. This course consists of a small group of up to 10 female professionals who meet every 2-3 weeks for 2 hours for a total of 9 meet-ups to explore leadership topics relevant to their development. During the first session participants determine a personal leadership challenge, establish their objectives and agree as a group on 7 course topics (from a pre-determined list of topics*) for the coming months. The final session includes structured peer-coaching to address a personal leadership challenge.

Communication styles(includes a self-assessment), leading high performing teams, conflict management, trust-building, executive presence, work-life balance, managing at a distance, diversity and inclusion, emotional intelligence, the power of storytelling, change management, The McKinsey 7S model of leadership, managing across cultures, managing for excellence, time management, making meetings work, giving and receiving feedback, managing difficult conversations.

About the facilitator
Martine Folkertsma works as Chief of Staff, holds a Master degree in Organization and Leadership development and is a certified facilitator. Drawing on over 19 years of experience in International Business, Martine brings broad experience in helping professionals elevate their leadership, collaboration and performance. Having spent 3 years in Australia and 5 in the US, her English is near-native.
