Heb je altijd al je eigen mini-(maga)zine willen maken? In onze workshop ben je zowel schrijver, illustrator als vormgever van je eigen zine.

Zines zijn door de jaren heen gebruikt door mensen om een stem te geven aan onderwerpen die hen aan het hart gaan. Zo zijn er zines over mentale gezondheid, persoonlijke verhalen, fan zines en nog veel meer!

Jij bepaalt wat je maakt, ervaring is niet nodig. Het overkoepelende thema is: ‘waar loop je warm voor?’. Denk daar maar vast eens over na! Wij zorgen voor alle benodigdheden en na de 2 uur durende workshop neem jij je eigen zine mee naar huis.

Have you always wanted to create your own mini-(maga)zine? In our workshop you will be both a writer, illustrator and designer of your own zine.

Zines have been used over the years by people to give a voice to topics that are close to their hearts. There are zines about mental health, personal stories, fan zines and much more!

You decide what you create, no experience is necessary. The overarching theme is, "What are you hot for? Think about that! We will provide all the supplies and after the 2-hour workshop you will take home your own zine.

The membership for the Library in Eindhoven is completely free for young people. Adults only pay €19 a year for a library subscription. Being a member of the library, you can enjoy all benefits and support the library at the same time. Join us fast and easy online.

During some of the events of the Library Eindhoven, pictures are taken for the potential publication on social media, online- or printed media. At lectures, mainly the speaker and the location as a whole, are photographed. Please inform the photographer, if you do not wish to be photographed.
